Will it fit my phone?
Yes. The included patch works with any phone that has a case: iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, anything. The patch sits between the phone and the case, and the loop comes out beside the charging port. You can still charge normally.
Are the pearls real?
Our "Freshwater" pearl lanyards use genuine cultured freshwater pearls. Our "Glass Pearl" range uses high-quality glass pearls that are lighter and more affordable. Each product says which.
How strong is it?
Every strand is strung on coated steel wire, not thread, and finished with crimped ends and a lobster clasp. Each one is load-tested to 3 kg before shipping, far more than any phone weighs.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom lanyards are strung within 2–4 business days, then shipped. Ready-made designs ship the next business day.
Returns?
Ready-made lanyards can be returned within 30 days, unworn. Custom designs are made just for you and can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged we'll replace it free.
